If Your Work Appears Here Without Permission

If you believe content on Nodecurio infringes your copyright, email contact@nodecurio.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The exact URL on Nodecurio where the material appears
  4. Your contact details – name, address, phone, email
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them

We investigate every valid notice and act within 5 business days, removing or disabling access to infringing material where the claim is valid.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact details.

If Our Work Appears On Your Site

Nodecurio content is original and protected by copyright. Republishing our articles without permission – including rewritten or spun versions – is infringement.

If we find our content republished without authorisation, we will issue a takedown notice to the site, its host, and Google.

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright through comments or contributions are permanently blocked.
